How Can Pain In The Lower Back, Legs And Knees Be Treated?

I Have been suffering from lower back legs and knee ache that is from mild to high moderate .i am above seventy my weight is is nearly 65kg a few years back the doctor had diagnosed as oa,on taking brufen 400 mg i feel better other wise i feel difficulty in getting up and walking but i have not given up please guide me free of charge

@ This is due to spondylosis lumbar spine with osteoarthritis of the knee .

@ Suggestions for better recovery

- Avoid excess banding , weight lifting .
- Other drug molecules as Etoricoxib has better efficacy than ibuprofen .
- Use of local analgesic spray or ointment lessens the requirement of
medicines .
- Vitamin D 3 supplement will help a lot ( once every 15 days )
