How Can Pain In The Penis Be Treated?

Believe I might have injured my penis during masturbation squeezing a little too hard. I have a hard bump at the base of my penis will ache occasionally. Bump seems to go away with erection. Erections are not painful. Only 2 pains. An occasional slight ache, and if I squeeze at all at the base. That hurts. Also can hurt some with an erection with boxer briefs on. Hoping it’s something that will go away but really concerned.

I would advise you to abstain from masturbation as it will aggravate your pain. Wear loose undergarments. Ice the area. Take an over the counter painkiller like Advil for a few days. If the pain does not subside or increase in severity then you should get yourself checked by a physician.
