How Can Pain In The Ribs And Lower Back Be Treated?

I fell out of a moving vehicle about two months ago and injured one of my ribs and my lower back. Every day when I wake up it s hard for me to get out of bed and my back is constantly hurting and I m wondering if there is anything that can be done thank you

Hi keep your lower back strapped with a lumbar belt. Ribs cannot be strapped.
Use local treatments--10 mt ice followed by 10 mt heat, followed by any pain rub.--regards
