How Can Pain In The Ribs During Pregnancy Be Treated?

hello, I am 22 weeks pregnant with my first child. I fell yesterday and went to the ER, I bruised my ribs but the baby is okay. What can I use to sooth the pain? I don t want to use medicine as most are dangerous to the fetus. I have ice packs and heat packs.

for upto 48 hrs cold compresses only must be used after that warm compresses may help for any injury and this applies to your rib injury too.u can safely take pct tablet..
