Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband who is 80 yrs. old, a Diabetic, saw that he had Shingles six weeks ago and immediately went to his Primary Care Physician. She gave him pills to take. However, he developed pain in his right arm and shoulder. Therefore, he had an MRI taken and we are awaiting the results. He is now experiencing such pain in his groin and legs. He is unable to walk after he wakes up. However, he holds on to the bedpost and then he carefully walks to the bathroom. We want an experienced doctor who knows Shingles because it appears that this is getting worse instead of better. We live in Ohio and would go to Cleveland Clinic if necessary.
