Hello,

Kindly take any painkiller like Diclofenac, Tramadol, etcetera for the pain for 3 to 5 days because if there is an injury, usually, the inflammatory mediators will be produced which will pain. So, you need to be under cover of these painkillers for some time.

Since there is no swelling, I do not think any fracture could be there. If the pain is getting worse or there is swelling appearing, then you need to get an x-ray done to see if there is a bone injury.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
