How Can Pain In The Right Shoulder And Arm Be Treated?

I took a fall MTB riding - landed on head and right shoulder. Hot pain in shoulder at first after 10 min no pain but can t lift arm even to head level or keep it there if I raise it with my other hand. plan on going to walk in clinic just wondering what I did

since there is a fall , it can result in bony fracture. so take x-ray of effected part immobilize it by using splint and consult with orthopaedic surgeon for examination and advise on treatment give rest to part. take tab combiflam twice daily apply analgesic ointment.
