How Can Pain In The Shoulder Blade And Biceps Be Treated?
They found 2 herniage (?) disc, I think its 6 and 7, I just want to know , if it is normal to hurt. pain in my shoulder blade, tricep, bicep and pectoral muscles. Sometimes it will go down all the way to my fingers. Left side is worst than the right side. Trying Lyrica 50 mg and recently started 10 days ago Limbrel 500. We tried also spinal injetion. The first time it worked for 4 months. The second did not. I am 70 yrs old retired. Please I was very active and now it hurts and I push myself and can not much. So depressing. Your opinion, please. Thanks,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
