How Can Pain In The Shoulders And Neck Be Treated?

Yes, thank you. I m in some pain after about a week. It started in my shoulder blades and is traveling toward my neck. Painful to move my head this a.m. So, do I see a chiropractor? Get a massage? Take motrin? Do yoga? Or maybe acupunture? I m not sure which remedy would be best.

Hello welcome to the health care magic

If it is musculoskeletal pain than no need to worry

If past history of bad sleep posture, heavy work, strenous work is present than muscular strain can lead such pain

For which ibuprofen like drug prescribed for five days

Hot compress can be applied

Take sleep on proper position and avoid strenous work

Hope your concern solved

If no improvement than physical examination needed and accordingly further work up
