How Can Pain In The Throat Be Treated?

Swallowed small peice of plastic candy wrapper and can feel sharp pain in my throat for the past 4 days now and I'm desperate for help please I'm going crazy, about to go to the ER but cannot afford that . When I'm not speaking is when I can feel it the most trying to go to bed has been hell. I can breath and speak but everytime I get a moment alone it's all I can think about, is it serious enough to go to the ER?

Hi,

As a physician, I would like to tell you that you can use Tab Aceclofenac for pain. I would also like to tell you that you have to go to a ER to get checked clinically that if the candy wrapper has caused any injury inside your throat.
