How Can Pain In The Throat Be Treated?

Good morning Doctor, my wife was having throat pain from 20 day she is able drink and eat she is not getting pain but she is having thyroid from 4 years she is taking thyrox 75 mg even though she we tested TSH 2 time the report was normal of 1.34 but the pain is not going i went to doctor he told to liver function test and CBC, all the report came normal but again doctor told get ANA Profile test done we did it but all the are normal except ANTI MITOCHONDRIAL ANTIBODY POSITIVE +++ -M2
