How to be done contact with u today at yr chamber nearest to Khardah by appointment ? 2.As I don t feel any improvement by Azithhro till this morning after consuming only one tab shall I continue for rest 2 tabs ? Thanking you.
It looks like you are suffering from Tonsillitis that can be due to bacterial or viral throat infection.. As you have just taken a single dose of Azithromycin, it cannot completely relieve the symptoms, so it is advisable to take the course of antibiotics for atleast 5 days along with anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen.. You should also start doing warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day and antiseptic mouthwash gargles.. You should suck throat lozenges to soothe the throat.. Do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room.. Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
If still there is no improvement consult an Emergency room and get evaluated..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
