How Can Pain In The Wrist, Elbow And Shoulder Be Treated?

I have pain in my wrist, elbow, and shoulder in right arm, pain in left wrist, both are swollen an pain in back. My right shoulder needs replaced and I have many back problems including a cyst, but last night every thing started hurting at once. Right elbow and wrist never gave me trouble but now if I touch my elbow it hurts. Can t use my right arm without pain

Generalised pain in my opinion could be due to Deficiency of vitamin D.
May consider checking your vitamin D levels.
