Hi,

First of all you are not mentioned your history. If you really have IBS then I tell you there is no better cure than prevention and diet modification in this problem. I assure you will feel fit and healthy without much need for drugs.

The various nondrug measures are: Identify foods that cause it or aggravate it and substitute them. Avoid or reduce intake of sugar rich diet. Try milk mixed with curd but in solution form. Take light food. Take glass of water before breakfast.

Sleep well for about 8 hours daily so that you can feel psychologically fit. Avoid waking up for late night. Avoid cold drinks, fatty foods in diet and limit intake of coffee and tea. You will definitely feel healthy. Still for your sanctification I suggest following medication: Take tablet LIBRAX containing clidinium bromide and Chlorodizepoxide. Take it in evenings when you require it.

Remember IBS can be best treated by diet schedule and personnel habits. This conditions often accompanies person throughout life and therefore instead of drug therapy patient must understand it that: Prevention is always better than cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
