How Can Painful And Heavy Periods With Stomach Pain Be Treated?

Hi I am 24 years old and I have had two children my periods have started back on a normal basis and the are very heavy and painful I have had overian cyst in the past but they went away when I got pregnant with my first child my stomach hurts all the time and my breast are swallen and sore I had a tubal so I know I am not pregnant. got and advice please help me.
