How Can Painful And Itchy Blisters On The Forearms Be Treated?

I just got back from Punta cana and we were in the sun, pool and sea. I noticed on my forearms they became very warm to touch, itchy and I am seeing little blisters. Also around my neck area and ears too. I am using aloe vera and taking benadryl at night so I dont itch them. Do you have any other recommendation ?

I have gone through your complaints and you seem to have developed photosensitive rash. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
