How Can Painful Arthritis Be Treated?

I have only one functioning kidney not due to disease. I would like to try Instaflex for arthritic pain. It contains Hyaluronic acid 5 mg and I am not sure if that is filtered through the kidneys. I cannot take any NSAIDS for that reason. It also has Tumeric which I am already taking. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi
Went through your post and understand your concern as you have single kidney and want to avoid nephrotoxic drugs hyaluronic acid is not an NSAID and is safe for you, so relax and take meds. Hope that you are satisfied with answer.
