Don't worry too much might help you get by.

The low doses of vicodin will help you through the pain and some natural exercise such as yoga would help you forget the pain. You won't get sick if you stop the vicodin but i suggest you to consult with your local doctor to get it into the lowest dose and change it to other non-opioid based.

Hope it helps.
