How Can Painful Arthritis In The Knees Be Treated?
I am on bloodthirsty because I was having TIAs and was told not to take ibuprofen because is caused me to bruse. Today I twisted my knee and they say it arthritis and tissue scaring from the knees surgery I had 40 years ago any they have me duexi s which has ibuprofen in it so I was wondering if s something I can take with the bloodthinners
I believe you will be more benefited using warm applications than cold. In osteoarthritis, the muscles also are strained because of the lack of smooth, frictionless gliding surfaces. And i would suggest u keep a diary to note whenever u take a pain killer - if u have been taking too many pain killers for too long, may be it is time u considered replacement surgery for your knee!
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
