How Can Painful Back Infection With Swelling And Buttock Discharge Be Treated?

Hi. I am 27 week pregnant and have low back infection and it's very pain full and swollen . Just between my bum cheek and out of the small hole cream or green stuff is coming out? I have been taking antibiotic for the infection. But didn't make much difference. What can I do now.

Hi.

Could this be an abscess? If so then I would strongly recommend an incision and drainage followed by antibiotic coverage to helo match the requirement and treat the infection. Please do first get a doctors opinion through a physical examination because it makes treatment all the more easy.
