General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you have plantar fasciitis which is inflammation of the plantar fascia of the foot.
It can cause severe pain of the heel.

Treatment would involve: (1) exercises for plantar fasciitis, these are available online
(2)staying off the foot as much as possible
(3)pain medication such as ibuprofen or naproxen
(4)may need to wear shoes with special padding for a while

I hope this helps
