How Can Painful Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

Hi, I am suffering from this hemorroid 2 weeks now. My work is not really heavy but I need to extend some force. When at work, it always comes out. Now it is very painful and big, can I still take some medicine for it to bring back to normal and what over the counter medicines I can take for this? Thank you so much.

Hi, I think you should take some stool softeners like syrup lactulose at night. You can apply some ointment like pilex. But if it is very painful, it can be strangulation. So, better to get evaluated by a surgeon. Surgery may be required.
