How Can Painful Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

I have hemorrhoids and a vein that is painful to touch especially when urine hits it. I have used hemorrhoid suppositories and ointment but still have painful bowel movements most mornings. I m sure I need more fiber. My concern is the pain from the vein. I do not have medical insurance so have not been to a doctor.

Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that painful haemorrhoid s need to be assessed by a surgeon as suppositories are not working for you anymore. You may need to undergo a surgery. Meanwhile you should take a high fibre diet and avoid food which increases constipation. If required you can also take laxatives to relieve the constipation. Drink lots of water. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
