How Can Painful Hip Dysplasia And Severe Leg Ache Be Treated?

I was at home and my lower back went out, I heard 2 pops and went to the floor, I went to the Dr, and it took a month to get a MRI done and they found no bulge disk but did find some dysplasia arthritis and the area was in my L3 4 and 5. Its know been 4 months and my right leg has got worse where I can barley walk, I have been begging my Dr to do something for over 4 months other then take pain meds and Ibuprofen. I did have a steroid injection in my back last month that lasted a week. I had another Dr apt a week and half ago where he says I am not sure what else I can do, I said your kidding I need PT or a surgeon or message therapy I will even take acupuncture. So he signs me up for all this, I had my first PT apt last Thursday and she has me only doing 2 exercises and gave me a walker. I can barley drive let alone walk. And as of yesterday I had a scare my right foot turned blue and its a light color today, I just don t have anybody willing to help me or know what to do I have Group health and I have filed a complaint but they never response, I need help.
