How Can Painful Labia Minora Swelling With Pressure Be Treated?

I'm currently pregnant at 26 weeks with my second child and have painful labia minora swelling and constant feeling of "pressure" to where it is painful to sit, stand, walk, anything! Didn't have this problem with my first pregnancy - Any advice on relief??
