How Can Painful Osteoarthritis In The Neck Be Treated?
I have Osteoarthritis in my neck, and nerve pain. I took Gabapentin 600mg a long time ago, and thought I could just stop the medication well you can t I became very sick, and it took me six months to get off this medication it owns you will never take it again.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
