How Can Painful Periods With Clotting Be Treated?

Hi I am currerntly on my period. And I am in such pain I feel like I am going to pass out. I havent slept at all and there is barely nay bleeding just big blood clots. Should I see a doctor? I have been taking asprin and they didnt work and now I tried Midol and it dosent do anything what can I do to help it?
