How Can Painful Spinal Tuberculosis Be Treated?

my husband is suffering from spine tb(pott on ATT) has has already complted his 6 month course of tb he did not get any possitive response , then we take a adviced from neaurology consultant & he adviced for akt 4 double doses in a day according to his weight (75 kg). please suggest me the best option for this treatment. bcoz he is suffering from a chronic pain.

Hello,

He can try analgesics like gabapentin or oxycodone as these are very much effective for chronic pain.

If the tuberculosis is active, he has to continue anti-tubercular drugs.
