How Can Painful Urination Be Treated?

Hi, I ve been having painful urination as well as some incontinence (a couple drops escape within 30 minutes of urination). The symptoms began a couple weeks ago but rose to concerning levels of pain in the last 3 days. I saw an urgent care doctor 2 days ago who treated me and tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. He also tested for a UTI. All tests came back negative. The symptoms have persisted (though in the past 24 hours they have become slightly less severe). I m not sure what my next steps should be.
