How Can Painless Bumps On The Face Be Treated?

So I have these bumps and they are on different parts of my face no matter how much I wash my face and drink water they don't seem to leave although the surrounding bumps go away. Most of them are present on my upper lip and I have like three in between my eyebrows. They are different sizes and they don't cause me any pain and they are the same color as my surrounding skin. They are also Kind of hard and ive popped one before but all that came out was this oily gel sort of Vaseline textured substance but after I popped it it did go down. But are there any painless solutions to get rid of them and what are they and what is the cause. Thanks'

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

These could be syringoma (mass arising from sweat duct). But there are various other possible diagnoses such as trichilemmoma, trichoepithelioma etc. I request you to consult your dermatologist to come to a proper diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
