How Can Palpitations And Anxiety Be Treated?

I have fill rushed,racing heart like its trying to jump out of my chest, there are several times a week that I feel like I cant breath ( like I cant exhale or in hale air) this only last a few minutes at a time, I m very easy agitated even over very minor things, there are many things that cause this ,I can not sleep well I will be very tired but only sleep 3 or 4 hours sometimes less then I wake up feeling anxious what can I do to help this

Thanks for trusting HealthCare magic for your health problems.

Please get your blood pressure and electrocardiogram done to rule out cardiac causes of palpitations.
Also do pulmonary function tests.
If no causes found for it try tablet propranolol for anxiety and palpitations. Do meditation to relieve anxiety.
