How Can Palpitations And Anxiety Be Treated?

Salam alaikoum. I am from the birth of 1980. I suffer from heart palpitations. I start with a free wave under my stomach. I go up to the top and suffer from irritation of the colon. Hello,

First of all, I would like to tell you that in today’s world it has become so common to have issues like this. You are not alone. So don’t panic and take a deep breath.

Secondly, I am glad you have the guts to come out and face this with the help of medical attention. My advice to you is visit a medical professional and take help on this. As sometimes counselling is of great help and talking to your doctor is the best thing and its the first step in the treatment of panic disorders.

Apart from this you can practice meditation and remember one thing- you control your mind, you are the boss here so don’t fall for unwanted thoughts. Just observe the thoughts and learn to ignore it because if you won’t respond it won’t bother you. With time you will master it. Give yourself some time and you will see the effect. Stay calm and positive. Hope it helps. Remember to talk to someone when you feel anxious. It relieves stress and keeps you peaceful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar,
