Hello I think I m having mental health issues that keep getting worse every year.... everyday I wake up feeling like I m doomed, lump in throat, no energy, no emotion other than just miserable, I get really overwhelmed and just on edge to socialize or do work etc... I m not suicidal but every night I go to bed I just wish I wouldn t wake up... there s more but I just done know how to explain it all, basically I m always having panic attacks before doing anything and no energy motivation to do anything that needs to be done... I m always on edge and can t focus on anything just dreading responsibility and overall miserable
