How Can Papular Urticaria Be Treated?

I am a 26 year old female with an itchy face and bumpy raised . I was diagnosed the first time with impetigo and was giving antibiotic orally and creams. took everything and no avail. went to another dermatologist and was told I had pupilar urticaria. using steroid and antihistamine with no avail. what do I do

It may be demodecidosis. Take Ivermectin. It may be taken until there is good response. Apply Metrogyl gel on face. Take Levocetirizine.
