How Can Paralysis Attack Recurrence Fear Be Allayed?

Hi i want to ask a question related to my mom. recently 3 month before my mother got paralsys attack. she recovered from that attack by 95%. now i have observed that she just keeps on thinking about one topic and then start worrying abot that topic and then her BP gets high. so can you help me what should be done?
