How Can Partial Facial Numbness After Receiving Dexamethasone IV Be Treated?

Hello! In May of this year, I was given Dexamethasone IV. I had several severe reactions. All of those reactions finally subsided except for the partial facial numbness. This numbness is located in the lower half of my left jaw. I want to contact the company and ask if they know if this will go away. I don t know what to do. Thanks for your help! Julie Y
