Hello,

You may be developed injury to tympanic membrane or ossicular chain. The possibility of trauma-induced hearing damage. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done pure tone audiometry, tympanogram and vestibular function tests. Then consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
