How Can Patelafemoral Pain Syndrome Be Treated?

Hi I have been having knee problems with one specific knee. I got told by an orthopedic that is was patelafemoral pain syndrome. I also got told by an urgent care provider it is something with my meniscus. The urgent care provider is sending me to physical therapy tomorrow. I would like to know your opinion

Physiotherapy and NSAIDs will definitely improve your condition. But i will advise you to have arthroscopic done.
