How Can Paternity Be Confirmed?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and not so sure who the dad is. I usually have a 28 period of time between each period. My first day of my last period was may 4th. I found out i was 4 weeks pregnant on april 1st by going to the hospital. I was taking birth control but stopped after my april's pack was over. I had sex with my ex-husband all month of april and he would ejaculate inside. I had sex with another man twice on may; once the last week of may and another one the mid-week of may. what are the chances is my ex-husbands?

Considering you have regular 28 days cycles, the LMP mentioned by you as 4 May, the likely date of conception is 19 May. You cannot find yourself with 4 weeks on April 1st as mentioned. It might be in June that you got yourself tested for pregnancy. Anyway coming to your query, the date of conception is most likely 19 May. However sometimes it is difficult to tell the father is you had sexual intercourse within 10 days with two men.
