How Can Pelvis Pain During Intercourse Be Treated?

I want to know why does my pelvis hurt when im having sex. I have been diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and the pain never goes away. I want to know what is the long term solution to this problem because it is ruining my sex life with my husband because of the pain
