yes I have a little of a itching problem in extra skin tours the end of my penis and im using this cream call MONISTAT for the problem but its taking a little time to get better its there anything I could used under the counter for it.. it also hurt a little when I pull it back to clean and feel like if im stretching the skin and it uncomfortable
