Hi, i have question related to penis infection I got red rashes and they are expels some water like liquid from two days. I am expected that it due to heat and very congestive inner ware. Due to rapid between clothes and penis.and I am not participate in sex. Can you please suggest immediate relief for this because I am far away from doctor.
If you are sexually inactive then penile rash is commonly due to poor hygiene. It looks like fungal infection. Take a course of Fluconazole orally & you can apply ointment Crotorax or Clotrimazole locally for relieve.
Keep the groin area clean & dry. Moisture triggers fungal infection. Take showers 2-3 times a day.
Do not share your clothes or toiletries with others. Some infections are contagious. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes.
You are suggested to get physically examined & get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. Some STI's have very long incubation periods.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
