How Can Penis And Scrotum Itching With Wet Fleshy Lumps Be Treated?

Hello! I am a 28 years old male. 5 days ago I had a rough masturbation. Nothing felt wrong instantly. After few hours my penis scrotum started itching. After several hours of that, there were small water filled bumps. In the next day the small bumps joined together and made bigger water filled bumps. A day after that the bumps skin peeled of and the area become wet, reddish and fleshy. Its been two days in the same condition and its not drying up. What should i do?

Hi,

For itching you can use topical anti-fungals and for fleshy lumps you can take oral and topical antibiotics hence it is caused by bacterial or viral infection. If it is due to unprotected sex, it can be herpes.
