General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Start combination of Diclofenac + Serratiopeptidase. Also take Metronidazole. Both are prescription drugs, so you need to consult nearby physician.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Hiren
