How Can Periods Be Advanced?

Dr my marriage is their in month of Apr 14, and my periods are coming before 5 days, i got my periods on last month was on 20th and stl my periods are not came..i m just worrid abt next month..if any medicine wil help me out for deting my periods earlier?????????Pls help me
