How Can Periods Be Postponed?

Hi. My period was due yesterday or today but I want to stop it now as I will be traveling from tomorrow. I took 1 noresthisterone in the morning. Is 1 enough or should I take 3 ? Will it be effective 1 days before periods or something or is it too late already?
