How Can Periods Irregularity And Delay Be Treated?

i have not seen m period could it be that am pregnant?because i did not see m period 4 a month and i took gyneacosid after which it came that was on the 14 of november,after which it came on the 24 of december up till date,i hav not seen m period.what is the problem with me?
