How Can Periods With Mood Swings Be Regulated?

I have been on Cerazette for 6 months. My periods need to be regulated as I have PCOS. I got migraines with the combined pill. I do not want an implant or coil. The problem is I have turned into an emotional wreck. I cry every day, often for no reason other than someone asking how I am. Is there another pill I can try or should I turn to natural remedies like Agnus Castus to try and stabilise my mood swings?
