How Can Peripheral Neuropathy And Lower Backache Be Treated?

I am a type 2 diabetic. I’ve been told I have neuropathy in the past. I’ve also had low back pain for awhile. I also have bunions of both 1st metatarsal joints. I have ball of foot pain and numb 1st and 2nd toes. I recently had X-ray and mri of lower back by Orthopaedic surgeon. He diagnosed me with L5-S1 Spondylolisthesis grade 1 and spinal Stenosis. I have a little left leg numbness but no leg pain. I went for second opinion to a neurosurgeon and he looked at mri and said same thing. Also said he’s pretty sure there’s a cyst on nerve also. They both wanted to do fusion and decompression. This was 4 weeks ago and since I’ve developed pain and sensitivity in the upper lumbar region. I’m concerned about this new problem. It feels sensitive to the touch and feels as if I’m leaning against something while sitting in a chair. Could this be from my Spondylolisthesis or something else? Also I’m wondering if my numb painful feet and toes are from my bunions, pinched nerve, or diabetes? Please help
