General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Usually a good combination for treating neuropathy is duloxetine plus gabapentin or lyrica. These help with the pain, but unfortunately do not help with weakness or coordination. If there is a nerve compression that can be relieved surgically that may help.
Regards
